work with me
WHO DO I work with?
I work with people who care about connection, to themselves, to their partners (if any), and to the truth of their own bodies.
These sessions are for you if:
You want to feel more in your body and less in your head
You’re experiencing challenges in the bedroom or accessing pleasure
You’re curious about your erotic self beyond performance and the scripts you’ve been handed
You’re learning to set boundaries or ask for what you want
You’ve done the mindset work but your body still holds the old stories
You want a space where your full spectrum is welcomed, messy, bold, awkward, sultry, wild
I work with all genders and identities, and honour the diversity of lived experiences and expression.

what happens in a session
Every session is shaped around you. There's no script, no protocol that every person moves through. We begin with conversation where you are, what you're carrying, what you're hoping for.
Depending on what emerges, a session might weave together: sex education that reframes something you've been carrying as a flaw or dysfunction, coaching towards a specific shift you want to make, somatic practices including breath, body awareness, sensation work, movement, that let you arrive in your body rather than just think about it.
Everything is led by your nervous system, your pace, and your ongoing consent. Nothing is done to you. Everything unfolds with you.
Sessions are non-genital and non-sexual. They are, however, deeply intimate, in the sense that they ask you to be honest with yourself, and to let yourself be seen in that honesty. For many people, that's the most profound thing they've ever experienced.

For adhoc support.

Think of this as ongoing support for your unfolding if you’re not ready to commit to a plan yet.
60 minutes - $150

This is for those who want to see changes, maybe reclaiming your Eros, navigating a life transition, deepening self-trust, or exploring your desires.
We’ll map out an arc that supports you through four tailored sessions, with space for practice in between.
This option is perfect if you want to start seeing changes in your life.
4x 60 minutes - $550
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. My work is coaching and education, not therapy, and doesn't replace it. If you're working with a therapist, our work can be deeply complementary.
-
Sessions are held on zoom.
Some sessions with long term clients may be in person (Melbourne, Australia) when needed.
-
Not at all. Curiosity is enough. Many people come simply to understand themselves better or to reconnect with pleasure after a period of disconnection.
-
It’s not uncommon. We live in a sex negative culture which can make talking about sex feel scary. We move at your pace in sessions. And I love talking about bodies and the erotic realms where you are welcome just. as you are!
